Where's before we needed to know how to run a steamship- power up the jets and go FORWARD,  today it’s more like white water kayaking… we are needing to quickly analyze and respond to an ever changing flow and we need to know and trust ourselves so we don’t panic.

We also need rapid rapport, which is our ability to connect with human beings faster to create relationships, trust and make decisions.

What is it?

Through interactive sessions, get your leaders on the same page so they can articulate and execute the company vision with precision, motivation and clarity. Create rapid rapport through a synthesized approach.

1-1 Impact Sessions

The Performance Society facilitates a select number of 1-1 coaching services. 

These are bespoke and by selection only. 

Meaning, let us know what your goal is, and let's discuss the timeline and parameters required to facilitate the change you seek. We then create a time frame together for success. 

Impact sessions include:

  • Clarity session

  • Road map with goals

  • Specific exercises to facilitate your growth

  • Regularly scheduled sessions & in pocket coaching

  • Check ins and brief Q&A where required with your coach (outside of your scheduled sessions)

Performance Society Terms of Service

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY.
By accessing or using any of the services, content, features, or functionality available through the Performance Society ("PS"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Services

PS provides executive coaching and training services as specified in the Statement of Work ("SOW") or Proposal. For monthly executive coaching packages, a minimum of two (2) one-hour coaching sessions are provided, along with "just-in-time coaching." This includes exercises, text or email check-ins, and periodic calls. Excessive additional coaching may result in an increased fee upon mutual agreement.

2. Sessions and Scheduling

Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance and are 60 minutes long. Clients must be punctual and prepared.

  • Workshops canceled or rescheduled within two (2) business days of the scheduled time will be considered hours incurred.

  • Executive coaching clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed sessions without proper notice are subject to the standard session fee.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are outlined in the SOW. Payment terms, including invoicing and due dates, will be specified. Late payments may incur interest charges.

  • Payments are made in the currency specified at the time of purchase.

  • PS reserves the right to change fees at any time, but changes will not apply retroactively to prior purchases.

  • You authorize PS to bill your payment instrument upon confirmation of a purchase.

  • Recurring Payments: If you enroll in a subscription or installment plan, you agree to automatic billing for the agreed-upon amount at regular intervals. You may cancel recurring payments with at least five (5) business days' notice before the next billing cycle.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. If coaching services or training do not meet expectations based on historical client results, PS may offer either a full refund or complimentary access to another training program. Refund requests must be made within 120 days. Refunds may be provided as a credit or returned to the original payment method at PS’s discretion.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all matters discussed in coaching sessions. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.

6. Responsibilities

The effectiveness of coaching depends on the client’s engagement and commitment. PS provides guidance, but the client is responsible for their decisions and actions.

7. Term and Termination

The agreement remains in effect on a monthly basis unless terminated by either party with written notice. The coach may terminate the agreement at any time. Either party may terminate due to a material breach of the agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property developed through PS services remains the property of PS unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

10. Limitation of Liability

PS’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services under this agreement.

11. Amendments

Any amendments to these Terms must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede any prior agreements related to the services.

Fulfillment Policies

  • Refund Policy: Described in Section 4.

  • Shipping & Delivery Policy: Not applicable (PS provides services only).

  • Return Policy: Not applicable.

  • Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel subscriptions or coaching services per Section 7.
